AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RESIDENTIAL ZONES
OF SECTION ]1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO
HOME OCCUPATION USES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the R-l, R-2, R-3, RT, RT-6, M-1 and PD Zones of
Section ll of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
be and they hereby are amended as follows:
l) Under Paragraph A, add "Minor Home Occupations" under
uses permitted by right.
2) Under Paragraph B, substitute "Major Home Occupations" for
"Customary Home Occupations" under uses requiring a
Special Use Permit.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
