AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PROVISIONS~OF
SECTION 18 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO
FEES OF THE BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL -REVIEW
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that the provisions of Section 18 of the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, pertaining
to fees of the Board of Architectural Review be and they hereby
are amended as follows:
In the first sentence of Section 18.7, immedi-
ately following the words "a fee of", substitute
"fifty ($50) dollars" for "twenty-five dollars
($25)".
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
