AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 5-31 OF
ARTICLE II, CHAPTER 5 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO CHANGE THE
EXPIRATION DATE OF LICENSES FOR HOME IM-
PROVEMENT CONTRACTORS AND SALESMEN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the first sentence in Section 5-31 of Article II of
Chapter 5 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and it here-
by is amended to change the expiration date of licenses for home improve-
ment contractors and salesmen from "December 31" to "June 30."
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
