AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-4
OF THE FAIRFAX CITY CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia that Section 14-4 of the Code of the
City of Fairfax be, and hereby is, amended and reenacted
to read in its entirety as follows:
"Sec. 14-4. Beggin$.
"It shall be unlawful for any person to beg on any
street or public way or place in the city."
"Any person violating the provisions of this section
shall be guilty of a class 4 misdemeanor."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
