AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.03 OF THE
ZONING CONCERNING TIME OF HEARING AFTER
FINAL PUBLICATION OF NOTICE
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that the second sentence of Section 5.03 of
the Zoning Ordinance be, and the same hereby is amended and re-
enacted to read as follows:
5.03 as new second sentence thereof
"This hearing shall be not less than twelve nor more than
twenty-eight days after final publication of the notice."
