AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMMERCIAL-1 ZONE OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the first subparagraph of the Special Use Permit Section
of the Commercial-] Zone of the Zoning Ordinance be and it hereby is
amended as follows:
Delete "except nursery schools and schools of general instruction.'l
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
