AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWNHOUSE SECTION
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia that the R-T Townhouse Zone in Section
11 (Zoning Schedule) of the Zoning Ordinance should be and the same
hereby is amended as follows:
Paragraph C.l.a. is amended to read in its entirety
as follows: "Project: There shall be a minimum of two (2) acres
~for each townhouse project; except that in the Center City area, as
defined in the Center City Comprehensive Development Plan, dated
April, 1973, this requirement may be waived by the City Council;"
Paragraph D.2.b.(4) is amended to read in its entirety
as follows: "The developer shall demonstrate that adequate water
supply, fire protection, storm drainage, and sanitary sewer facilities
are available to the project;".
