AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE OLD FAIRFAX
HIGH SCHOOL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that the sale of the old Fairfax High School
property upon the terms and conditions set forth in the offer
attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same hereby
is, authorized.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the contract
attached hereto on behalf of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
THIS ORDINANCE shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
