AN ~JRDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER !.3 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Chapter 13 of the Code of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia be and it hereby is amended and
reenacted to read in its entirety as follows:
Sec. 1B-lO9.1 Regulation of Vehicular Traffic on Certain
Parkin$ Lots
In addition to ordinances specifically applicable to
the regulation of vehicular traffic on parking lots,
~he following ordinances shall apply to vehicular
traffic on parking lots open to the public and designed
to accommodate fifty or more vehicles:
Sec. 13-36, Sec. 13-89, Sec. 13-91, Sec. 13-96,
Sec. 1B-lO2, Sec. lB-110, Sec. 13-111, Sec. 13-112.1,
Sec. 13-112.2.
The adoption of this ordinance shall not operate to
discontinue or affect the prosecution of any person which
shall be pending and undetermined in any court on the day
before this ordinance takes effect; but every such prose-
cution shall be tried and determined in such court, or in
the court which succeeds to or has its Jurisdiction.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia.
