AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ENACTING SECTION 8
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA, ENTITLED "VIOLATIONS", TO INCREASE FINES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
that Section 8 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
be and it hereby is amended and re-enacted to read in its entirety as
follows:
"8.01
Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall
upon conviction be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than
$250.00 for each offense. Each day such violation
continues shall constitute a separate offense."
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
