19721106 1972-29ORDINANCE NO. 1972-29 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND RE-ENACT THE DEFINITION OF "LOT" IN SECTION 2 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that the definition of "Lot" appearing in Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and it hereby is amended and re-enacted to read in its entirety as follows: LOT: A separate piece or parcel of land having street or private road frontage which when measured along the right-of-way line equals or exceeds seventy-five (75) percent of the minimum lot width required at the building restriction line for the appropriate zone in which the lot is located. LOT DESCRIPTION legend A corner lot B interior lot C through lot A A B B A street 1972-39 LOT, CORNER: A lot bordering on two or more streets or private roads which intersect at an angle not greater than 135 degrees. LOT,INTERIOR: A lot other than a through lot or corner lot. LOT, THROUGH: A lot other than a corner lot that has frontage on more than one street or private road.
