AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, BY THE ADDITION OF
PARAGRAPH 20 DEFINING "PIPE STEM LOT" IN ARTICLE TWO
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
that Article Two of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, be and it hereby is amended by the addition of a new Paragraph
numbered 20 to read in its entirety as follows:
20. Pipe Stem Lot: A lot which has street or private road frontage
which when measured along the right-of-way line does not equal
or exceed seventy-five (75) percent of the minimum lot width
at the building restriction line for the appropriate zone in
the Zoning Ordinance.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
