AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE SEVEN OF THE SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO ADD A
NEW SUBPARAGRAPH "q" UNDER PARAGRAPH 1 PROHIBITING
PIPE STEM LOTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
that Article Seven of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, be and it hereby is amended to add a new subparagraph "q" under
Paragraph 1 to read in its entirety as follows:
q. Pipe stem lots are prohibited.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
