AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-239 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, RELATING TO
CHARGES FOR METERED PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 13-239 of the Code of
the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be amended and re-enacted
to read in its entirety as follows:
"Section 13-239. Charges for metered ~arkin~.
"The parking meter charge for all metered park-
ing zones shall be five cents per each one-half hour
or fraction thereof."
This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
