AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ENACTING
SECTION 2-7 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO MAKE ARTICLE II
OF CHAPTER 2 OF SAID CODE APPLICABLE TO
ANY PERSON SERVING AS ACTING CITY MANAGER
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 2-7 of the Code of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, be amended and re-enacted to read in its entirety, as
follows:
Sec. 2-7. Applicability of Article to Acting City Manager.
All provisions of this article which apply to the City
Manager apply also to the Acting City Manager.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
