AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-120.1 (a) OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO
ADD TO THE LIST OF STREETS PROHIBITING THROUGH
TRUCK TRAFFIC.
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 13-120.1 (a) of the Code
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be amended by adding
subsection (18) to read as follows:
(18) Forest Avenue from Roberts Road to
University Drive.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
