AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ENACTING SECTION 3.176 OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA,
TO DESIGNATE THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AS THE CITY
OFFICIAL CHARGED WITH APPROVAL OF SITE PLANS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 3.176 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the city of Fairfax, Virginia, be amended and re-enacted
to read in its entirety as follows:
"3.176 All site plans submitted pursuant hereto and which
conform to the requirements and standards contained
in this article shall be approved by the Director of
Public Works."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia.
