AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING
FOR VACATION OF A TEN-FOOT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
THROUGH LAND OF VIENNA WOODS CORPORATION
CITY OF FAIRFAX~ VIRGINIA
The City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, at
its regular meeting held in the Board Room of the City Hall,
Fairfax, Virginia, on the 7th day of June, 1966, at which meeting
a quorum was present and voting, the said Council, after being
given notice of its intention so to do in the manner prescribed
by law, adopted the following ordinance, to-wit:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, as follows:
ORDINANCE VACATING A TEN-FOOT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
THROUGH LAND OF VIENNA WOODS CORPORATION
CITY OF FAIRFAX~ VIRGINIA
The City Council, pursuant to Sections 15.1-431,
15.1-482(b) and 15.1-483, Code of Virginia, as amended, does hereby
vacate a ten-foot Sanitary Sewer Easement through the land of
Vienna Woods Corporation, as shown on a plat dated June 7, 1966,
and prepared by Ross & France, Civil Engineering and Land Survey-
ing, Vienna, Virginia.
The Ordinance hereby adopted shall operate to destroy
the force and effect of that easement hereby vacated and to
establish fee simple title in the easement so vacated in the owner
or owners of the land of Vienna Woods Corporation, City of Fairfax,
Virginia.
Notice of the proposed adoption of this Ordinance has
been published for two successive weeks in the Fairfax Free Press,
a newspaper published and circulated in Fairfax County, pursuant
to Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia.
