AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 13-112.1 and 13-112.2 TO THE CODE
0F THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, REQUIRING THAT DRIVERS KEEP VEHICLES
UNDER PROPER CONTROL AND PAY FULL TIME AND ATTENTION TO THEIR DRIVING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of ?airfax, Virginia,
that The Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be amended by adding
the following sections numbered 13-112.1 and 13-112.2, as follows:
"Sec. 13-112.1. Vehicle Under Proper Control.
Drivers of vehicles shall at all times keep such vehicle under
proper control. Proper control is such control as will enable
the vehicle to be operated in conformity with this Article."
"Sec. 13-112.2. ~ull Time and Attention.
Drivers of vehicles shall at all times during the operation
of such vehicle devote their full time and attention to
such operation."
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
