AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 13-236.1 TO ARTICLE X OF CHAPTER
13 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO IMPOSE
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF SAID ARTICLE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be amended
by adding a section numbered 13-236.1, as follows:
"Sec. 15-256.1. Penalties for violations of Article.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of
this Article and any person who shall aid, abet or assist
in the violation of any of the provisions of this Article
shall, where no specific penalty is provided, be punishable
by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than
one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in Jail for a
period not exceeding ten days, or by both such fine and such
imprisonment."
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
