AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 13-2~8 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATIONS OF ARTICLE XI, CHAPTER XIII OF SAID CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 13-248 of the Code of the City of l~airfax
be amended and reenacted, as follows:
"Sec. 15-2~. Penalties for violations of Article.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of
this Article and any person who shall aid, abet or assist
in the violation of any of the provisions of this Article
shall, where no specific penalty is provided, be punishable
by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than
fifteen dollars or by imprisonment in Jail for a period
not exceeding ten days, or by both such fine and such
imprisonment."
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
