AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ENACTING SECTION 14-3 OF TNE CODE 0N
~E CITY0~ ~AIRI~AX, VIRGINIA TO MAKE IT UNLAWFUL FOR A PERSON TO COM-
MIT ASSAULT OR BATTERY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
that Section 1~-3 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be
amended and re-enacted, as follows:
"Sec. 14-3. Assault and Battery.
It shall be unlawful for any person to commit an assault,
a battery, or assault and battery upon any other person
in the city."
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
