BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that the following
appropriation is made for the purchase of a fifty foot trail easement across the property
located at 10251 Main St. and 10318 and 10324 Sager Ave., owned by Sarah Garland Mathy
Cantone and Joseph Cantone, and Joseph J. Mathy, Jr. and Laura Ann August Mathy.
