A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND APC REALTY AND EQUIPMENT COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, at its regular
meeting on July 23, 2002, to hereby adopt the Second Amendment to License Agreement
between the City and APC Realty and Equipment Company; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to hereby authorize the City Manager to execute the
Second Amendment to License Agreement between the City and APC Realty and Equipment
Company on behalf of the City.
