A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND THE
VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR THE DIRECTIONAL SIGNING PROJECT
IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, at its regular City Council meeting on
April 25, 2000, that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute, on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement
with the Virginia Department of Transportation for the
Directional Signing Project, including any amendments
thereto, provided that the Agreement and the amendments are
acceptable to the City Manager and approved by the City
Attorney.
