RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON DWIGHT AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted "Policies and Procedures for Local
Assessment Projects" on June 10, 1967, amended June 17, 1969 and November
26, 1996.
WHEREAS, the affected abutting property owners have been notified of
certain proposed improvements and the amount to be assessed against them for
such improvements, and a public hearing held in accordance with law and
adopted policies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Department of
Public Works take the necessary action to proceed with the construction of curb
and gutter on Dwight Avenue to include the below listed properties.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the affected abutting properties
listed below be assessed an amount computed in accordance with adopted policies
not to exceed the estimated amount shown:
