A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA AND THE
VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF RAIL AND PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION FOR THE IMPLE~m~TATION OF
THE BUS FARE BUYDOWN PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia, at its regular City
Council meeting on July 25, 2000, that the City
Manager is hereby authorized to sign on behalf
of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement between the
City of Fairfax, Virginia and the Virginia
Department of Rail and Public Transportation to
specify services to be provided by the City of
Fairfax toward the implementation of the Bus
Fare Buydown Program, including any amendments
thereto, provided that the Agreement and the
amendments are acceptable to the City Manager
and approved as to form by the City Attorney.
