R-86-21 A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A FEE SCHEDULE AMENDING THE APPLICATION REVIEW FEES FOR REZONING, SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SPECIAL EXCEPTION VARIANCE, SITE PLAN AND OCCUPANCY PERMIT APPLICATIONS WHEREAS, application review fees for the City have not been updated on a regular basis; and WHEREAS, the current review fees do not reflect the costs incurred by the City with respect to review of such applications; and WHEREAS, City Council wishes to recover all direct costs associated with review of development applications and eighty-five percent of total costs for non- residential review; and WHEREAS, City Council has carefully considered the testimony received at public hearing; and WHEREAS, City Council has determined that the proposed fees are appropriate and reflect a reasonable rate of cost recovery; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia on this 10 day of June ~ 1986, that the following fees be and hereby are adopted and added to the City's schedule of fees: Rezoning: Proffered Site Plan Amendment: Special Use Permit from Council: Special Use Permit from BZA: Variance: Special Exception: Site Plan Review: 3850.00 $ oo.oo 3150.00 Residential Districts $~00.00 Other S150.00 Renewal 3285.00 3100.00 Renewal 385.00 Residential Districts 3285.00 Other 3#00.00 plus 350.00 for each additional Special Exception re- quested for the subject property on the same application. $200.00 plus $0.17/sq.yd. bituminous surface S0.30/lin. ft. sidewalk 30.30/1in. ft. curb and gutter S0.30/lin. ft. header curb 31.50/1in. ft. storm drainage 30.80/lin. ft. sanitary sewer 30.80/1in. ft. required screening 350.00/division o! land or dist- urbed acre (whichever is greater) overlot grading.
