A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A FEE SCHEDULE AMENDING THE APPLICATION
REVIEW FEES FOR REZONING, SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SPECIAL EXCEPTION
VARIANCE, SITE PLAN AND OCCUPANCY PERMIT APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, application review fees for the City have not been updated on a
regular basis; and
WHEREAS, the current review fees do not reflect the costs incurred by the
City with respect to review of such applications; and
WHEREAS, City Council wishes to recover all direct costs associated with
review of development applications and eighty-five percent of total costs for non-
residential review; and
WHEREAS, City Council has carefully considered the testimony received at
public hearing; and
WHEREAS, City Council has determined that the proposed fees are appropriate
and reflect a reasonable rate of cost recovery;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia on this 10 day of June ~ 1986, that the following fees be
and hereby are adopted and added to the City's schedule of fees:
