BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia
that the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized to sign an Agreement
on behalf of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, with the Department of Highways
and Transportation of the Commonwealth of Virginia for the improvement of
0.628 mile of Pickett Road within the City of Fairfax from 0.31 Mile
S. Accotink Creek, Station 29+50 to Colonial Avenue, Station 63+46.12, and
designated as Pickett Road, Project U000-151-102, PE-101, RW-201, C-502.
Adopted by City Council at its regular meeting held on this,
the 8~h day of February , 1983.
