A RESOLUTION SEITING THE DATE, TIME, AND PLACE OF
THE PUBLIC HEARING UPON ~ BOND ORD~CE INTRO-
DUCED AND PASSED ON FIRST READING ON OCTOBER 24, 1978,
AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF SAID ORDINANCE
WITH A NOTICE APPENDED THERETO CONTAINING THE DATE,
TIME, AND PLACE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. 8 o'clock p.m., November 7, 1978, in the Cotmcil Chambers
in the City Hall in the City of Fairfax, Virginia, is set as the date, time, and
place at which the Council will hold a public hearing upon the bond ordinance which
was introduced and passed on first reading on October 24, 1978.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
the full text of said bond ordirmnce, including its title, to be published in the
Fairfax Globe, a newspaper of general circulation in the City, not later than
October 2-~-Y978, with a notice appended to such ordinance containing the date,
time, and place of the public hearing, which notice shall be in substantially the
follc~in~ form:
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading on
October 24, 1978, by the Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
A public hearing will be held thereon at 8 o'clock p.m., November 7,
1978, in the Council Chambers in the City Ball in the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
or an adjournment thereof.
