Explanation
Fire grant covering training and travel expenditures.
FEMA reimbursement grant covering most PPE, supplies, overtime etc. that the City needs for COVID.
Aid to Localities (ATL) that supports fire -related training.
Staffing grant that helps increase or maintain the number of trained, "front line" firefighters.
Fund assisting in historic preservation activities that covers the spending for maintaining historic Blenheim.
PW grant that reimburses stormwater expenditures.
Regular federal aid grant for promoting culture and art activities.
Fund transfer for ARPA utilities assistance grant received in general fund for citizens' utilities relief.
Small grant for solid waste handling and disposing.
Additional grant assistance for COVID, utilized for Fire PPE and supplies_
