A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX,VIRGINIA,AND THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION,
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
UNIVERSITY DRIVE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular City
Council meeting on September 25, 2012, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement with the Virginia Department provided that
of
Transportation, (hereinafter called VDOT), including any amendments thereto, p
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City Manager and approved as to
form by the City Attorney.
