A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX,VIRGINIA,AND THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION,
FOR THE PROJECTS KNOWN AS
INTERSECTION EMERGENCY BATTERY BACK-UP POWER SYSTEMS AND
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF ADVANCE WIRELESS SIGNAL
DETECTORS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular City
Council meeting on September 11, 2012, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
•
execute, on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement with the Virginia Department of
Transportation, (hereinafter called VDOT), including any amendments thereto, provided that
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City Manager and approved as to
form by the City Attorney.
ADOPTED this 11th day of September 2012.
