AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 102-33 (1), ARTICLE II,
CHAPTER 102 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA,
TO INCREASE SEWER CONNECTION CHARGE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 102-33
(1), Article II, Chapter 102 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia is amended to read
in its entirety as follows:
