AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 25-3, ARTICLE I,
CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OFT HE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO USE OF AIR GUNS WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS AND PROHIBITING SUCH USE TO
INJURE WILDLIFE.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 25-3, Article I, Chapter 25 of the Code of
the City of Fairfax, Virginia, is hereby amended to read in its
entirety as follows:
Sec. 25-3. Use of Air Guns, Slingshots, etc.
No person shall use within the city any instrument~l~_~

Drovisions of this section shall not aDDi¥ to any law enforcement
Qfficer or animal warden in the discharqe of their official duties.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
