AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-11 OF CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX CONCERNING PERSONS INTOXICATED IN PUBLIC
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 14-11 of the Code of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 14-11. Drunk Intoxication in public.
If any person is drunk intoxicated in public whether such
intoxication results from alcohol, narcotic drug, or other self
administered intoxicant or drug of whatever nature, he shall be
deemed guilty of a class 4 misdemeanor.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
