AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-16.1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA PERTAINING TO THE RETIREMENT PLAN FOR PUBLIC SAFETY EMPLOYEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that
Section 17-16.1 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia be and hereby is
amended to read in its entirety as attached.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its execution by the
Mayor.
