ORDINANCE ADOPTING LOOSELEAP SUPPLEMENT NO. 15
TO THE CODE OF THE CIT Y* OF PAIRPAX, VIRGINIA
WHEREAS, the Citv Council has deemed it advisable to include recently adopted
code amendments within the bod.v of the 1978 Code of the City of Fairfa×, Virginia and,
accordingly, has caused to be 0ublished "Supplement No. 15" to the 1978 Code of the
Cit~, of Fairfax, Virginia, by the Municipal Code Cor0oration, incoroorating said
amendments within the body of the code; and
BE IT ORDAINED b.y the City Council for the City of Fairfax, Virginia, as fol-
lows:
1. There is hereby adopted that certain code suDDlement entitled "Supplement No.
Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia" published b~ the Municipal Code Corporation
containing certain amendments to the Code previously adopted bv ordinance.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon execution by the Mayor.
