AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-120.1(a)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA,
TO ADD TO THE LIST OF STREETS PROHIBITING
THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 13-120.1(a) of the Code of
the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and it hereby is amended
by adding subsection (30) to read in its entirety as follows:
(30) University Drive from Armstrong Street south to the
City boundary.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
