AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO PROVIDE
FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE 1975 EDITION OF THE
NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE BY REFERENCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 6-1 of Chapter 6 of the Code
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and it hereby is amended
by deleting the title "National Electrical Code, 1971," and
substituting in its place and stead the title "National
Electrical Code, 1975,".
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
