AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12A OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO PROVIDE
FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE 1975 EDITION OF THE
BOCA BASIC MECHANICAL CODE BY REFERENCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 12A-1 of Chapter 12A of the Code
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and it hereby is amended
be deleting the title "BOCA Basic Mechanical Code, 1971," and
substituting in its place and stead the title "BOCA Basic Mech-
anical Code, 1975,"
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
