AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-120.1(a) OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO ADD TO
THE LIST OF STREETS PROHIBITING THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 13-120.1(a) of the Code of
the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and it hereby is amended
by adding subsections (28) and (29) to read as follows:
(28) Sager Avenue from East Street to Roberts Road.
(29) Dwight Avenue from Roberts Road to Orchard
Drive.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
