AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-2
OF THE FAIRFAX CITY CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of tile City of
Fairfax, Virginia that Section 14-2 of the Code of the
City of Fairfax be, and hereby is, amended and reenacted
to read in its entirety as follows:
"Sec. 14-2. Adultery and fornication.
"Any person who commits adultery or fornication within
the city shall be guilty of a class 4 misdemeanor."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
