AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-85 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council by the City of Fairfax,
Virginia that Section 13-85 of the Code of the City of Fairfax
be amended by adding the words "or breath" between the words
"blood" and "sample" where those words are found in the Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage
by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
