AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2-32 THROUGH 2-38, INCLUSIVE,
OF THE FAIRFAX CITY CODE CHANGING THE NAME OF THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that sections 2-32 through 2-38, inclusive, of the Code of
the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be amended by substituting the words
"economic development committee' for the words 'leconomic development
commission" wherever said words appear on said sections.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
