AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.173 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO ADD
TO SUBSECTION (a) A SUBPARAGRAPH NUMBER 17
BE IT ORDAINED by the city Council of the City
of Fairfax, Virginia, that Subsection (a) of Section 3.173
of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
be amended by adding the following subparagraph:
"17. USC & GS Datum used for all elevations shown
and showing location and elevation of bench-
mark used."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage by the city Council of the City of Fairfax,
virginia.
