RESOLUTION TO APPROVE, WITH CONDITIONS, THE REQUEST OF
JEROME AND THERESA DABROWSKI FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE
PREVIOUSLY APPROVED FINAL SITE PLAN FOR THE GREAT OAKS
DEVELOPMENT (ZONED PD), PURSUANT TO CITY CODE SECTION 110-642,
TO PERMIT AN ADDITION TO THE HOUSE ON LOT 113 AT 3806 HEMLOCK
WAY, AND FURTHER IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP PARCEL 48-3-05-113.
WHEREAS, Jerome and Theresa Dabrowski have submitted application No. Z-794-
02-1 requesting an amendment to the approved final site plan for the Great Oaks
development, pursuant to City Code Section 110-642; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully considered the application, the
recommendation of staff and testimony received at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed final site plan
amendment, with conditions, is appropriate because the proposal meets the requisites
established by the City of Fairfax Code for the following reasons:
1. The request meets the criteria established in City Code Section 110-642.
2. The City Council has determined that the granting of an amendment will not be
inconsistent with the Comprehensive Plan or the purpose of the Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax
on this twenty-third day of July, 2002 that Application No. Z-794-02-1 be and hereby is
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, as follows:
1. Construction of the addition shall be in substantial conformance to the plans
submitted by Jabs Construction, Inc. in connection with the building permit dated
May 16, 2002.
2. The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from the Office of Code
Administration.
